PCF was formed in February 2003 in the days of difficulty and scandal within the financial services industry, at that time the management team aimed to set the standard in honesty, straight dealing and conduct. Our approach gives transparency of any fee agreements or fee sharing agreements that we have with other advisors on each transaction, and the disclosure of any similar deals in related sectors that we are actively working on when appointed.
