Jon is a graduate in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham, where he achieved a first class honours degree, and went on to achieve a masters degree in the same subject. Before joining PCF, his experience has encompassed a variety of roles within a manufacturing environment for blue chip organisations, such as Rolls Royce and 3M.

Jon’s experience is most notably working extensively in the fields of process improvement consultancy, project management and system modelling, working latterly with acquisitions and acquisition integration.

At PCF Jon has continued his focus on manufacturing and has been involved in a variety of manufacturing projects ranging from companies in the plastics, biotechnology and construction sectors.
