Mark is an experienced professional with over 12 years’ experience in sales, marketing and strategic corporate development within the manufacturing, logistics, media and advertising sectors.

As a deal leader Mark has specific responsibility for co-coordinating the team on transactions to ensure that the deal runs smoothly. In addition, as an experienced sales professional Mark has an overview of all transactions to ensure that each client is being “up sold” to achieve the maximum possible price at the first offer stage.

Since joining PCF Mark has worked on acquisitions and disposal transactions ranging from heavy engineering to biotechnology and technology.
