Following his qualification as a Chartered Accountant, Neil Ackroyd was a deal leader with Livingstone Guarantee and KPMG, prior to founding PCF.

Neil has extensive experience of transactions for both owner managers and multi-national plc's, in disposals, MBO's, acquisition and transaction due diligence. This experience was gained on deals ranging from millions to hundreds of millions in total deal value. In addition to this, Neil has taken roles of both non-executive and interim executive Director on the board of a number of clients.

Neil says, “at PCF we are focused on adding value to our clients in our specific target deal range. There is a real feeling that we are helping people get closer to and often achieve the pot of gold they have been striving towards their entire career. I for one get a real kick out of that”.
