The PCF business model is built around a blend of extensive commercial and managerial experience and corporate finance skills. Moreover, there exists a fundamental belief at the highest level of the PCF management structure that service is of paramount importance in life. It is through being of service to ones fellow man which gives one the greatest amount of happiness, self esteem and success. This is transferred into the professional ethos of PCF where we believe that through constant thought of service and a client centered focus we can deliver the best results. At PCF we reject the idea that we need to focus on our own needs to meet them, we believe that by helping others our needs will be met. To this end, new members of the team are trained and rewarded on their ability to set aside personal desires and “be of service” to clients, to the team and to other advisors and partners.

This approach in no way limits our ability to negotiate hard or make difficult decisions on behalf of our clients. In fact it frees us from the natural selfish tendencies which restrict our ability to be able to do these things.

At PCF we aim to maximise client service levels and therefore limit the number of clients we take on to allow these service levels to be achieved.
